最近在网上看到一则最新的关于经Poipet 入境到Siem Reap的消息.
本人英文有限, 故把原文也摘录下来了.
大概理解为, 柬埔寨政府对于从Poipet入境前往Siem Reap的游客, 统一购买指定的车票, 并乘坐指定的运输车辆，车满后才开，而不能私自租用私人车辆。所有游客到达SR后都在市东边的汽车站下车，如需去城市的其他地方，呵呵，多着Tuk Tuk 等着你呢！ 自个挑个小帅哥吧！
不过有消息说以上政策可能是个临时的，八月底之后会取消。
如果想回避以上政策，可以走其他入境口岸或谎称要到其他地方，如金边什么的。

NEW RESTRICTIONS for independent travelers to Siem Reap
In the latest entry for the Stupidest Government Decision 2005 Award, authorities in Poipet have decided that all tourists heading to Siem Reap must purchase an $11 transport ticket and may not travel independently via pick-up truck or private taxi.
In exchange for $11, tourists are shuffled off to a makeshift bus depot and will be forced to wait until there are enough passengers to fill whatever vehicle it is they plan to use - which according to my sources may be a mini-bus or even a taxi. However, the number of occupants as well as the departure time will be decided by them not you.
The intent is that they will deliver you to the Siem Reap bus depot located on the east side of town where local motodrivers will feast upon you.
